Planning and Zoning
The Planning and Zoning Administrator is responsible for the administration of planning and zoning which includes plan review for subdivisions, multi-families and commercial development, zoning administration, land use regulations, plat approval, and sign permits.The Planning and Zoning Office manages administration of annexations, variances and appeals.
The Zoning Administrator is currently the City's Floodplain Administrator and also the enforcement of the City's Ordinances.
It is the goal of the Planning and Zoning Administrator that every resident and developer is treated the way the Planning and Zoning Administrator would like to be treated.This treatment includes being cordial and being treated with respect.
