Municipal Court
City Municipal Court is held on First and Third Wednesdays at 8:30 A.M. of each week. City Municipal Court is held at Chatsworth City Hall in the court room chambers.
*Starting In July, The Municipal Court will meet twice a month. The court will be held on Wednesdays, scheduled to begin at 8:30 a.m. The following are Court Dates until the end of the 2023 year:
August 2, 2023/August 16, 2023
September 6, 2023/September 20, 2023
October 4, 2023/October 18, 2023 (Trial Date Also/Two Courts this Day)
November 1, 2023/November 15, 2023
December 6, 2023/December 20, 2023 (Trial Date Also/Two Courts this Day)
Fines are processed online, or you may go to the Chatsworth Police Department (501 N 3rd Ave, Chatsworth, GA 30705), or you may pay your fines after seeing the Judge to an official from the Chatsworth Police Department.
You may pay fines by phone, Call 470.784.0848 (5.75% processing fee applies to each transaction(s)
The Court Clerk is Rhonda England and the City Judge Is Judge Baxter. If you need certified copies of dispositions a charge of ten dollars ($10.00) per copy will be assessed. A non-certified disposition copy is one dollar ($1.00) per copy. If you have any questions or need more information you can call the Clerk of Court at 706-422-3004.
